Primary care at Bee the NP is full-scope, relationship-based medicine delivered by Devorah, a board-certified Nurse Practitioner. Unlike large clinic settings where you may see a different provider at every visit, Devorah built Bee the NP around a one-provider model. Every appointment, every call, and every lab result review is with Devorah personally. She manages chronic conditions, handles acute illness, orders and interprets labs, adjusts your medications, and provides comprehensive preventive care.
The process
You reach out directly to Devorah to schedule. After a comprehensive initial visit covering your complete health history, current concerns, medications, and goals, Devorah builds a personalized care plan. Follow-up appointments are available in-person or via telehealth. When labs come back, Devorah reviews every result with you personally, not through a patient portal with no context. She manages referrals when needed and coordinates your care to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Annual Wellness Visits
Comprehensive physical exam, updated health history, preventive screenings, immunization review, cardiovascular risk assessment, and personalized health goal setting.
Chronic Disease Management
Ongoing management of hypertension, type 2 diabetes, hypothyroidism, metabolic syndrome, hyperlipidemia, GERD, and other chronic conditions, with medication management and regular labs.
Acute & Urgent Care
Same-day or next-day appointments for infections, respiratory illness, UTIs, skin concerns, injuries, and other acute issues that need prompt evaluation.
Lab Orders & Results Review
Ordering and personally reviewing metabolic panels, CBC, lipids, hormones, thyroid, inflammatory markers, and specialty labs, paired with a one-on-one results conversation instead of a generic message.
Prescription Management
New prescriptions, refills, dose adjustments, and medication reconciliation. Devorah considers your full medication list, potential interactions, and long-term safety.
Preventive Screenings & Immunizations
Age-appropriate cancer screenings, cardiovascular risk assessment, colonoscopy and mammography referrals, and vaccine management to keep you ahead of disease.

Superbills can be provided for PPO plans if you wish to seek out-of-network reimbursement.
Yes. Devorah can prescribe, adjust, and reconcile medications across most primary care conditions. She reviews your complete medication list for interactions and appropriateness at every visit.
Yes. Many follow-up visits, medication reviews, lab result discussions, and minor acute concerns can be handled via telehealth. Devorah provides telehealth services to patients located in New York State.
Devorah manages the full spectrum of primary care including hypertension, type 2 diabetes, hypothyroidism, hyperlipidemia, metabolic syndrome, GERD, anxiety, depression, PCOS, and more. She coordinates referrals when specialist care is appropriate.
